I live in Nashua Nh , a new Salvation Army store open a year ago. They have some nice clothing , but the fact that 90% of it has holes in the fabric , due to the staple and tag is put on the merchandise!
This could be avoided by headquarters buying tag guns and the tags being put in a seem or label that won't make a hole. The store would make more money and the customer would buy more. I mentioned it the the woman in charge , her response was , they don't have time to worry about that! It's like they don't care.
Its enough if the clothes have stains or any small damage , why do they have to add to it! I would like to know if anything will be done about this
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
