Management Staff is gone! Bye Bye! NO UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS EITHER- because = FROM NON PROFIT ORG. TOO! HOW SWEET! And you were there eveyday, when your staff was sick, or lazy or late constantly. Then they move up someone from that same store Who Wasn't Pulling Their Weight to the Your Managment positon, All because that Mgr didn't fire them when they were part of why the money wasn't coming in, and routine duties were behind. Because of thier Lazy, call offs, and always an excuse! My God, trying to be kind if they were really sick. Mgr trying to give them the
benifit of the doubt, and working harder, when they are out,constant warnings, but its just too many people, and too may times! In the end Its "You" that gets thrown under the bus when the quota is not met! Watch out Managers....and rid yourself of any slackers, cause "YOU" will be pay the price and be gone and "THEY" (The slackers) will move up in your place By Default!!!! Talk about a place the call "Doing the Most Good!" Most of these Mgrs were good hearted people, doing the best they could, with the staff they had. Look where it got them? Hopefully, The Salvation Army will see they lost a lot of Good People, and go about things a different way!
