My husband and I went to Walmart on E. Riverside and Alpine Road in Rockford, IL on December 8, 2011 where we saw the bell ringer for Salvation Army standing on the sidewalk outside the store in the cold. I'm very disappointed that Walmart does not allow Salvation Army to stand inside the entrance of the store where it is warm. These volunteers are donation their time to help the less fortunate and it is the least that Walmart can do. Please give consideration to changing this policy.
